With the changing insulation values,
this type of lightweight render system is becoming more
popular with architects and clients, to help reach more
energy efficient u-values in the construction industry.
The insulation
is bonded to the substrate using a combined Parex adhesive
and base coat. The Parex base coat is then applied to
the insulation with a standard or heavy duty mesh embedded
into the base coat. When the base coat is dry, a pre-coloured
primer is applied prior to the application of the finishing
coat.
