Parex Monorex is
manufactured in a quality controlled batching plant
and is applied using a plastering machine. The only
ingredient missing after manufacturing is water. The
advantage of using a plastering machine is quicker application
and a better quality finish.
The product is a true single coat render, being applied
in 1 pass 18mm thick and scraped back to give a finish
that is 15mm thick. This single pass means greatly reduced
labour time for application and a much quicker drying
time, which reduces the length of time scaffold is required.
The product
is available in 48 standard colours and there is no
additional charge for special colours.
